Procurement Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for following up on project material procurement, delivery, and acceptance;
2. Reviewing purchase requisitions, arranging material delivery in a timely and reasonable manner according to construction progress;
3. Having a certain budget and cost control concept, responsible for material inquiry, comparison, and contract preparation;
4. Completing other tasks assigned by superiors in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

1. Fresh graduates with engineering procurement experience, familiar with procurement product characteristics and market preferences;
2. Possessing certain engineering budgeting and cost estimation skills, familiar with relevant procurement procedures;
3. Good communication and coordination skills, able to withstand high work intensity and pressure;
4. Engineering or cost-related majors preferred.
