Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare bidding documents, contracts, and draft various agreements;
2. Participate in project tendering and bidding, assisting leaders to complete the communication, coordination, implementation, management and control and follow-up work of all aspects of project tendering and bidding;
3. Follow up the project management process and perform project management support and operation functions;
4. Responsible for the communication and coordination between the project team and other departments in the company, including resource requirements and personnel deployment;
5. responsible for coordinating meetings to carry out various projects in the bidding, finishing a summary of bibliographic information and requirements;
6. Assist the leader to complete other tasks;
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above; major in engineering management;
2. Familiar with the production of bid documents and the project bidding process, work hard, meticulously, and be good at learning;
3. Have strong language and communication skills, and understand project management;
4. Good planning, execution, coordination and communication skills, and strong logic;
5. Be proactive, have a high sense of responsibility, and be able to withstand strong work pressure;
6. Proficiency in daily office software, to help lead the completion of cooperative units, customer communication convergence work, has good of text writing skills;
7. Can accept short-term business trips;
