Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare bidding documents, contracts, and draft various agreements;
2. Participate in project bidding, assist leaders to complete the communication, coordination, execution, control and follow-up of all aspects of project bidding;
3. Follow up the project management process and perform the support and operation functions of project management;
4. Responsible for the communication and coordination between the project team and other departments in the company, including resource requirements and personnel allocation;
5. Responsible for coordinating and carrying out various meetings in project bidding, collating and summarizing the information and requirements of each project;
6. Coordinate and solve other problems in the project;
7. Cooperate with project implementation and acceptance work, and assist leaders to complete other tasks.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. Familiar with the production of bidding documents and project bidding process, work conscientiously, meticulously, and good at learning;
3. Have strong language expression and communication skills, understand project management;
4. Good planning, execution, coordination and communication skills, strong logical and organized;
5. Be proactive, have a high sense of responsibility, and be able to withstand strong work pressure;
6. Be proficient in operating daily office software, assist leaders to complete the communication and connection work between cooperative units and customers, and have good writing skills;
7. More than 3 years of work experience is preferred;
