Sales Director

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop marketing plans in line with the company's overall development strategy, clarify business objectives.
2. Be responsible for expanding sales business, exploring sales leads, establishing a perfect sales management system, and converting it into sales results.
3. Be responsible for customer management, maintaining and strengthening customer relationships, collecting and exploring customer potential needs.
4. Manage the sales team, innovate business models, optimize business processes, and formulate relevant management rules and details, providing operational solutions to achieve sales targets.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to related majors such as biomedical engineering, architecture, and medicine.

2. Work experience: More than 5 years of national sales management experience in related industries;
3. Possess strong organizational, planning, control, coordination, and interpersonal skills, as well as high negotiation skills, and be able to lead the team to achieve high-efficiency market expansion.
4. Possess strong data analysis skills, able to communicate across departments and coordinate projects.
5. Possess strong subjective initiative and a strong result-oriented work consciousness, with the ability to complete tasks outstandingly under pressure.
