Purchasing Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the follow-up, arrival and acceptance of project materials procurement and entry;

2. Review the purchase order, and arrange the materials to enter the site in a timely and reasonable manner according to the construction progress;

3. Have a certain budget and cost control concept, and be responsible for material inquiry, price comparison, and purchase contract drafting;

4. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors in time.

Job Requirements:

1、Experience in engineering procurement, familiar with the characteristics of procurement products and the market; more than 3 years of work experience in audit companies is preferred.
2、Bachelor degree or above, majoring in engineering, preferably in electromechanical installation, environment and engineering.
3、Procurement engineer license certificate, materialman certificate, installation costumer certificate is preferred.
4, a certain budget, cost control concept, can independently conduct material quotation, price comparison, ordering contract preparation.
5, with a certain degree of engineering pre-determination ability, familiar with the relevant procurement process.
6、Good communication and coordination skills, able to withstand greater work intensity and pressure.
7、Skilled use of office software, with the knowledge and skills of procurement contract negotiations.
