Dynaflow Showcases Intelligent Laboratory Equipment at 2025 Zhongguancun Forum

The 2025 Zhongguancun Forum Annual Meeting grandly took place from March 27th to 31st at the Zhongguancun International Innovation Center in Beijing. With the theme of "New Quality Productive Forces and Global Science and Technology Cooperation," it brought together top scientists, entrepreneurs, and innovative achievements from over 100 countries and regions. The forum featured 128 events covering cutting-edge fields such as AI large models, quantum technology, biomedicine, and humanoid robots. For the first time, the forum released the "Top 10 Scientific Advances in China" and showcased nearly 100 robot service scenarios, ranging from interactive welcoming to unmanned shuttle services, comprehensively demonstrating the technological vision of "the future is here."

Dynaflow, as a pioneer in laboratory automation, showcased its Dark Laboratory fully automated solution at the Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone Exhibition Center.

1. Dynaflow Dark Laboratory Case Demonstration

The Dark Laboratory consists of 16 workstations, capable of processing 1,608 sample bottles daily, conducting 8,040 experiments. Integrated with AI technology, its comprehensive scheduling system can automatically assess the testing progress of each workstation and allocate samples accordingly.

By leveraging AI technology to manage workstations, the system self-learns and optimizes based on high-quality testing data, significantly enhancing detection efficiency, reducing labor costs, and ensuring employee health.

2. Physical Display of Dark Laboratory Modules: Liquid Precision Weighing Robot

The liquid precision weighing robot includes a robotic arm, liquid suction device, lid-opening manipulator, precision electronic balance, ultrasonic distance sensor, and other auxiliary components. It is equipped with industrial computers, servo drivers, small programmable controllers, and other intelligent control devices. Dedicated management software is deployed on both the industrial computer and user computers, enabling users to set weighing weights and precision via computer, with the robot automatically completing the weighing tasks as required.

3. Biological Sample Preprocessing Workstation:

This exhibit adopts a modular design, capable of transporting, distributing, titrating, diluting, pipetting, and other operations for biological samples such as body fluids. Centered around robotic operations and combined with a sample logistics system and high-precision pipetting and dispensing devices, it facilitates the entry, analysis, pipetting, system construction, DNA extraction, and amplification of biological samples. Depending on experimental requirements, it can integrate with centrifugation modules, nucleic acid extraction modules, QPCR modules, sealing films, and film peelers, providing the necessary preprocessing conditions for genomic experiments and further supporting proteomic and immunologic research.
