China Petroleum & Chemical Engineering Survey And Design Association, the main editor Sinopec Ningbo Engineering Co., Ltd. and 14 participating units such as Beijing Dynaflow Lab Solutions Co.,Ltd. 25 representatives and 15 review experts attended the meeting.
Lu Jiguo, director of China Petroleum & Chemical Engineering Survey And Design Association, presided over the review meeting, Liu Yijun, director of HVAC Committee of China Petroleum & Chemical Engineering Survey And Design Association, made a pre-meeting introduction, and Sun Fubin, on behalf of China Petroleum & Chemical Engineering Survey And Design Association, put forward specific requirements for the standard review meeting. The meeting set up a review group, the editor-in-chief Bao Changwei reported on the preparation of work overview, the review group reviewed the draft for review article by article. The review group unanimously agreed that the content of this standard is complete, the chapter setting is reasonable, the overall structure is clear, the qualitative and quantitative provisions are moderate in width and severity, coordinated with the existing standards and norms, reflecting the scientific nature, standardization and timeliness. This standard will play a positive role in standardizing engineering design management and ensuring engineering design quality.
