2022 The 5th "Youlu Cup" National BIM Technology Competition is sponsored by the Talent Exchange Center of Talent exchange center of Ministry of industry and information technology,jointly organized by Shijiazhuang Tiedao University and Zhengzhou High-tech Zone Administrative Committee, with the title of Beijing Global Youlu Education Technology Co. Ltd.,Operation support by Zhongbing Education Technology (Hainan) Co.Ltd., China Railway Construction Corporation Limited,China Railway Group Limited, Power Construction Corporation of China,China Academy of Architecture and Design, etc. This is a classic event in the construction industry with a high starting point, large scale and high specification. The competition aims to promote the application of BIM technology in the development of construction informatization, deepen the integration of industry and education, school-enterprise cooperation, innovate the training mechanism of BIM professional and technical talents, and accelerate the independent innovation and engineering practice of BIM technology.

Wanhua Chemical High Performance Materials Innovation Center and Incubation Base is located in Yantai City, Shandong Province, with a total construction area of about 101,000m2 and a total laboratory area of about 65,000m2.

After the completion of Wanhua Chemical High Performance Materials Innovation Center and Incubation Base, energy saving will reach more than 63.5%, water saving will reach more than 20%, dust removal efficiency will reach more than 90%, and CO emission reduction will be 211,000 tons per year.

Dynaflow has fully adopted BIM-assisted assembly implementation to complete the design and construction of this project's laboratory, and the overall BIM design level has reached LOD500. We provide long-term, visual and sustainable integrated services.

BIM of Wanhua Chemical High Performance Materials Innovation Center and Incubation Base

During the design stage, Dynaflow's technical staff used BIM technology to model 1:1, and different professions designed in parallel on the BIM collaborative platform, using the 3D visualization function to make timely adjustments to the collisions and inconsistencies that occurred in the design process of each profession, and to deepen the complex technical nodes by scientific means, which significantly reduced the design cycle while ensuring the quality of the drawings.

Dynaflow used a combination of BIMLOD500 level design + 5th generation assembly implementation technology to complete the MEP pipeline installation project. Based on BIM technology, each assembly module was prefabricated in the factory according to the drawings, and robots and mechanical equipment assisted in standardized production, ensuring uniform quality of all modules, which is much better than the traditional laboratory implementation method. Before construction, Dynaflow made full use of BIM technology for construction simulation to ensure that construction and installation of complex nodes and large experimental equipment of the project could be carried out smoothly and material loss was reduced by 25%.

Assembled factory production

In the construction process, the management of module production quality based on BIM technology can not only control the quality of materials before processing, manage the quality of each component of the module during processing, but also manage the quality of processing technology in the process.

In addition, Dynaflow's self-developed digital twin engine, 3D configuration engine, space-time security engine and many other patented technologies can quickly transform the BIM model into a digital twin; combined with Internet and Internet of Things technology, the real laboratory scene operation data is bound to the digital twin to complete the interaction and mapping of virtual and real scenes. Staff can intuitively and truly understand the state of the experimental environment, predict laboratory risks, and master the laboratory energy consumption. Based on the use of robot scenario laboratory, it can greatly reduce labor costs, improve efficiency, and ensure personnel safety and health. By binding equipment parameters, brands, and operation manuals to the equipment in the virtual scene, maintenance staff can ensure laboratory operation more safely and efficiently.
