On December 9, 2021, Beijing Dynaflow Lab Solutions Co., Ltd. participated in the design and construction of Wanhua Chemical Group Global R&D center and headquarters base construction project won the 2020-2021 National High Quality Project Award. The project will guide the engineering construction industry to achieve high-quality development.
Wanhua Chemical Group global R&D center and headquarters are divided into phase I and Phase II. The first phase of the construction project is divided into six experimental research and development areas：C1, C3, C4，C5， high performance Building 1 and 2, covering a total area of 800 mu, with a total construction area of 80,000 square meters. The laboratory design and construction of the six regions were undertaken by Dynaflow, with area about 44,246 square meters.
According to a report by The Architectural Times on March 19, 2020, Dynaflow adopted assembly construction for the electromechanical construction of the phase I C5 building. The 12,000-square-meter laboratory was completed by only eight people in 24 hours. The field mechanical and electrical construction period is shortened by 97.4%, the field construction manual hours are reduced by 98.5%, and the overall construction efficiency is improved by 68 times. The project realizes sustainable development and ecological integration in the whole life cycle of design, construction and operation.
The r&d center is mainly for the development of new products, new technologies and new materials in the chemical industry, and the whole process of industrialization technology and management support.
