On May 13th, with the theme of "Expansion, Cooperation, Ecology, Win-win", the 2021 Wanhua Chemical Suppliers Conference was held in Fuzhou Yuehua Hotel, Fuzhou, Fujian Province. More than 2,000 suppliers of Wanhua Chemical were selected, and the top 143 suppliers with excellent overall performance, accounting for about 7% of the total number of participants, were selected as excellent suppliers and strategic suppliers.Among them, Dynaflow won the "Joint Innovation Award", which is the first time for a laboratory construction company to enter the quality supplier catalog of Wanhua.
Dynaflow has participated in the design and construction of more than 120,000 ㎡ laboratories of Wanhua Chemical Group, including the global R&D Center of Wanhua Chemical Group and the laboratories of Wanhua Ningbo R&D Center.
Dynaflow prefabricated laboratory adopts the modular design. All the modules are prefabricated in the factory, with mechanical equipment and robots participating in production. Later, the modules are transported to the site for rapid assembly. Some important and difficult construction in the traditional work into a controllable and standardization construction, which perfectly makes production, installation, testing and inspection to be completed synchronously. In this way, the laboratory implementation time reduced by 98%, artificial fell 99%, while the pollution emissions by 90%, the work high above the 90% reduction, greatly improve the quality of the products and precision.
So far, Dynaflow has serviced more than 600 customers and the laboratories with 800,0000㎡nationwide. For example, Beijing Low-carbon Clean Energy Research Institute, CNOOC New Energy Research Institute, Guodian New Energy Research Institute, Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemical, Sinopec Dalian Petrochemical Research Institute, National Resource Center for Human Genetics, Clariant Chemical Technology (Shanghai) co., Ltd. R&D Center, etc.
