A human genetic resource center project is a national key laboratory. The construction content includes the only national public welfare cord blood bank in China, which has scientific research functions such as the preservation and management of human genetic resources, the preparation and identification of human genetic resources. The scientific research building covers an area of 22,992 square meters, which is currently the largest human gene bank project in the world.
