Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop marketing plan and define business objectives according to the overall development strategy of the company.
2. Responsible for sales business development, developing sales leads, establishing a sound sales management system and turning into sales results.
3. Responsible for customer management, maintaining and strengthening customer relationships, collecting and exploring potential customer needs.
4. Manage sales team, innovate business models, optimize business processes and develop relevant management rules and details, continuously provide actionable solutions to accomplish sales targets.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably majoring in biomedical engineering, architecture, medicine or other related fields.
2. work experience: more than 5 years of national sales management experience in related industries.
3. Strong organizational, planning, control, coordination and human interaction skills and high negotiation skills, able to lead a team for efficient market development.
4. have strong data analysis skills, can do cross-departmental communication and coordinate projects.
5. Strong initiative and a strong sense of results-oriented work, with the ability to complete tasks well under pressure.
