Laboratory Design Manager

Recruit one each in Shanghai and Beijing

Job Responsibilities:

1. Independently responsible for the design management of scientific research buildings, medical buildings, and various laboratory special designs;

2. Responsible for communicating with customers, understanding customer needs and forming architectural language, and can independently complete process plan design, report text, project report, preliminary design, construction drawing design;

3. Responsible for coordinating and communicating with the Architectural Design Institute to jointly promote the progress of the project and ensure the progress of the design;

4. Responsible for communicating with the company's internal mechanical and electrical design expertise;

5. Independently responsible for project management, customer management, design and engineering bidding, and assist the sales department in closing transactions;

6. Organize and arrange various meetings of the project;

7. Other work assigned by the leader;

8. Responsible for the follow-up of projects in Shanghai and surrounding areas.

Job Requirements:

1. It is required to have strong initiative, be practical and hardworking, and be able to adapt to staged high-intensity work;

2. Have good self-learning ability and spirit of exploration, understand and research various experimental principles, techniques and specifications;

3. Proficient in common transfer files such as Tianzheng, SU, word, excel, ppt, etc.;

4. Can accept short-term business trips;

5. Good communication and expression skills;

6. Experience in designing various laboratories such as medical technology, GMP pharmaceutical factory, clean room, animal room, high-level biosafety laboratory is preferred;

7. Majors in architecture or environmental art, HVAC, and environmental engineering are preferred;

8. The company provides various laboratory process design professional training and forum learning opportunities, and has the opportunity to contact various national key laboratories, government laboratories, famous enterprise laboratories, and laboratory projects of various colleges and universities. Those who wish to develop in the direction of scientific research and architectural craft design are preferred.
