HVAC Design Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the design of HVAC and air conditioning systems, including formulating plans, preliminary designs, and construction drawing designs according to project requirements;

2. Carry out laboratory ventilation calculation, heating and cooling load calculation, pipe diameter, flow rate and resistance calculation of supply and return water pipes, etc., according to the calculation results, the equipment can be correctly selected;

3. The psychrometric chart can be used correctly for auxiliary calculation;

4. Can guide, check and review the design work of other HVAC engineers;

5. Provide necessary technical guidance and support for the construction site, including technical disclosure, on-site pipeline conflict handling, on-site change handling, cooperation acceptance, as-built drawings, etc.;

6. Can work smoothly with other majors, and can correctly provide conditions to other majors;

7. Provide necessary technical support to the cost professional to ensure that the cost engineer can accurately understand the design of the HVAC scheme and accurately complete the cost work of the HVAC major.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in HVAC design related majors are required, with 3 years or more of HVAC design experience;

2. Familiar with HVAC professional design process, proficient in HVAC design related software, including AutoCAD, Tianzheng, Office series and other software; skilled in using Revit and other BIM software is preferred;

3. Have strong communication and coordination skills, and can communicate smoothly with Party A's engineers and the company's design team;

4. It is required to have a strong sense of responsibility, strong learning ability, dedication, teamwork spirit, and love for their own work.
