Assembly lab implementation includes: BIM design, assembly production, assembly engineering implementation and intelligent operations and maintenance. Dynaflow's fifth generation assembly lab implementation technology simplifies the traditional construction workflow by transforming the lab into a product for installation. The prefabrication of product modules is all done in the factory and later transported to the site for quick assembly, perfectly achieving simultaneous completion of production, installation, testing and inspection, resulting in 98% less lab implementation time, 99% less man-hours, 90% less on-site pollution emissions, 90% less overhead work, and a significant improvement in product quality and accuracy.
Taking a laboratory building implemented by Dynaflow in April 2018 (1200m2) as an example, the traditional implementation required 120 people for 8 months, while the on-site assembly implementation took only 8 people for 24 hours.
